Baltimore Ravens at New England Patriots

It is going to be one of those games where you expect the Patriots to roll, but for some reason the Ravens seem, week in and week out, to get the job done. We want to eliminate big plays.

If it weren’t for the Ravens Special Teams, this game wouldn’t have been close at all.

The New England Patriots are hosting the Baltimore Ravens on Monday Night Football tonight. Rookie Cyrus Jones would muff a punt, leading to a Darren Waller touchdown pass from Joe Flacco for the Ravens. Either way, the confidence is back with the Ravens and the offense is helping out the defense finally. There was no help over the top.

Flacco set a franchise record with 37 completions, but 20 of them were for six yards or less. He put up three touchdowns and 406 passing yards, including the big play late in the fourth quarter to seal the game. The Ravens have wins in four of their last five games while the Patriots, who have won three straight and seven of eight, would clinch their eighth straight division championship with a victory.
