Barack Obama cries while unveiling action plan to curb gun violence

When President Barack Obama openly wept this week while discussing efforts crack down on America’s gun culture, reactions were divided.

On Tuesday, President Obama announced plans to crack down on gun violence. Even though there was a lot of strength and resilience, he said there was a lot of pain.

Wiping away tears, Obama recalled the Sandy Hook primary school shooting in 2012 where 20 children and six adults were killed.

He previously told the BBC that the failure to tackle gun control had been the greatest frustration of his presidency.
