‘Batman v Superman’ Comic-Con Trailer is Online
Tyler then (hilariously) remarked at how huge Affleck’s Batman is, but Synder said the strength is for protection, since he’ll be “pummeled like a pinata” by Superman. And after it films this fall, Affleck may go on to a standalone Batman film, which he would direct and star in, in addition to penning the script. Check out some photos of Affleck at Comic-Con below.
Now as someone who was not a fan of the initial teaser, I will say this new Batman v Superman trailer is a noticeable improvement.
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is due in theaters March 25, 2016.
Before the Batman v Superman cast came out, Suicide Squad director David Ayer brought his own cast out and got the crowd pumped before showing a trailer.
An epic new trailer for “Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice” premiered at Comic-Con on July 11, and we’re still trying to catch our breath. This makes total sense to us, and we believe that more information regrading this Batman project will be coming out very soon. With the signs of people telling Superman to leave Earth, it looks like there’s a split, and Batman looks to be on the side that doesn’t want Superman on Earth.
Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, Amy Adams and Jesse Eisenberg joined Zack Snyder for the convention, where we got our first glimpse of Wonder Woman in action. Remember, we still have that Justice League movie! And there he and I are standing in the Batman costume [aisle].
The clip shows Gal GAdot in the familiar red, blue and gold armor that has been teased online the past several weeks.
“All this good vs. evil shit’s kind of played out right now”, said Ayer.
He likes to write a lot, as you can see.
The trailer sets up the basic nature of the conflict: Superman’s (Cavill) battle with Zod in Man of Steel led to mass destruction, including a Wayne Enterprises building in Metropolis in which untold numbers perished.
