Battlefield Hardline Robbery DLC revealed – is all about heisting

Delivering an all-new canvas for the best-in-class first person action gameplay the Battlefield franchise is known for, Battlefield Hardline sees Visceral Games bring its critically-acclaimed single player storytelling pedigree to provide an engaging story in a setting reminiscent of modern TV crime dramas.

True to its word, Visceral Games’ new DLC for Battlefield Hardline, dubbed Robbery, will feature a brand new mode. However in Hardline, players will have to successfully attack or defend a vault.

There’s emphasis on pulling off (or stopping) heists in this DLC.

Squad Heist aims to be an homage to Battlefield 4’s Squad Rush but with a heist theme.

Criminals take a Drill, break into Vault 2, and grab the Loot from the vault.

Squad Heist will unfold over three distinct stages: Grab a drill, break into a vault, steal the loot, do it again at a second vault, then haul ass to the exit point and fly to freedom on a helicopter.

At every stage, criminals have 25 “tickets”, or lives.

The pack will contain four new maps, a 5v5 game mode called Squad Heist, four new weapons, two new gadgets, two new vehicles and vehicle upgrades, new camos and paints and the Legendary Super feature.

Robbery will be available this September for Battlefield Hardline Premium members.
