This year is no different with Oklahoma having the chance to win the conference title with a victory and Oklahoma State having the chance to secure a one-loss conference record – a record second to none in conference play this season – and potentially finish as the Big 12 champion if Baylor loses one of its final two games (TCU, Texas).

Seriously, if we had told you that OSU would be 10-1 at this point with a blowout of TCU and a shot at a Big 12 title in hand, a huge majority of you would have been pretty happy. So perhaps the Sooners have revenge in mind for Saturday.

“They were able to run the ball behind those big guys, and then they were able to throw down the field to those fast guys, ” Oklahoma State coach Mike Gundy said.

Williams then hit Ryan Switzer for 18 yards on the Tar Heels’ first play, and after two runs and a false start penalty put them at the 5, Williams hit Davis, who beat Terrell Edmunds in the right corner of the end zone.
