Bedford High School Marching Band Competes in Dover
Hannibal’s Pirate Pride Marching Band will conclude the festival with their field show “Music From Wicked” at approximately 8:15pm.
The Pinto Pride Band had a successful day at the 2015 Monroe City Black & Gold Marching Festival on Saturday October 3 in Monroe City.

Eight New Mexico high school marching bands and color guards competed at the Bowl, being judged on three main criteria: music competencies, marching competencies and presentation of shows, including disciplinary and auxiliary effectiveness.
The event is a friendly competition between high school marching bands from around the Downriver area and beyond.
The Band Parents Association sponsors and organizes the events, as it has for nearly a quarter-century.
The California Drumline took third place with a score of 160. The first band steps off at 6 p.m., and awards are scheduled after all performances conclude at 9:35 p.m.
The Marching Tiger Band also performs during halftime at every Marple Newtown High School football game. Utah schools include Maple Mountain, American Fork and Provo High Schools.
Competing in Group IV: Northern Highlands Regional High School, Parsippany High School, Wayne Hills High School, Nutley High School, Ridgewood High School, and Northern Valley Regional High School at Old Tappan. A large perpetual trophy will be awarded for the band performing “Best in Show”. Pequannock is a Group III school. Food, snacks, drinks and souvenirs will be available throughout the competition.
