French President Francois Hollande on Wednesday will hold a meeting to discuss proposals to extend the state of emergency declared after the worst attacks in French history for three months.
Islamic State has claimed responsibility for Friday’s co-ordinated attacks, which killed at least 129 people.
More than 25 foreigners from over a dozen countries were among the victims, with the first U.S. fatality confirmed as California State University student Nohemi Gonzalez, 23, who died at the Petit Cambodge restaurant. His other brother, Mohammed, was detained by Belgian police but released without charge Monday.
Meanwhile French and Russian military raids are thought to have killed 33 Islamic State jihadists in 72 hours, according to a monitoring group. “We are indeed thinking of the victims”, he said.
– Cazenueve has ordered 104 people to be put under house arrest since the Paris attacks.

The Paris attacks have galvanised worldwide determination to confront the militants. The official said Turkey told investigators in France that it believed Mostefai was operating alongside the four listed suspects but the France did not ask for further information about him until after the Paris attacks.
At least one vehicle apparently used in the attacks was also linked to Molenbeek, which sits across an industrial canal from downtown Brussels.
The scope of the terror threat facing Western Europe became increasingly clear on Monday as French police uncovered an “arsenal” of weapons in a series of pre-dawn raids on suspected Islamists, while France’s prime minister warned that “terrorism could strike again in the days or weeks to come”.
Activists say a new wave of airstrikes have struck the northern Syrian city of Raqqa the de facto capital of the Islamic State group.
“Every country said: I am going to assist, I am going to help”, Drian said. A Syrian passport with his name was found near his body, and his fingerprints matched those of a presumed asylum seeker who arrived in Europe via Greece last month.
As Belgian officials defending their intelligence record pointed out, others among the attackers were based in France, and there were signs those involved had contact with others who have taken part in violence in France before.
The 31-year-old French national living in Belgium blew himself up outside a bar on Boulevard Voltaire, seriously wounding one person.
“Whoever starts running starts everyone else running”, said a city councilwoman, Alice Carton, who was at the square. A few of those involved in the attacks were previously known to security forces in the region.
