Ben Carson Criticizes Hillary Clinton For Link To Activist Saul Alinsky
Carson referenced Clinton’s 47-year-old thesis to reveal her deep passion and love for Lucifer.
“Now think about that”, he continued.
“One of her heroes, her mentors was Saul Alinsky”, Carson said, the name provoking boos from the stands at Quicken Loans Arena. The reference: Alinsky appears to praise Lucifer in his 1971 book, “Rules for Radicals: A Pragmatic Primer for Realistic Radicals”.
Mr Carson, who was persuaded to make his failed run for president after drawing headlines for severely criticizing President Barack Obama to his face at a national prayer breakfast in 2014, reportedly drew several rounds of laughter as he made his remarks.
Sure, Carson has struggled badly at times as a surrogate for Donald Trump’s campaign, but how bad could he be in Cleveland? It should also be noted that some Republican conservatives have used Rules for Radicals to train tea party activists and that no less an icon of conservatism as William F. Buckley acknowledged Alinksy’s “organizational genius” – Buckley thought enough of Alinsky to grill him on his show, Firing Line.
“You know, we look at this whole transgender thing”.
“This is a nation where our pledge of allegiance says we are ‘one nation under God, ‘” he said. [Crowd boos.] Her senior thesis was about Saul Alinsky.
The secular progressive agenda is antithetical to the principles of the founding of this nation.
A baffled Cuomo brought up Carson’s own history of excusing his own previous behavior-such as trying to stab a friend when he was a young man-and asked why Carson was so quick to excuse his own past while hammering Clinton’s undergraduate Alinsky connection. “We will not be blessed and our nation will go down the tubes”.
When we elect a president we need to use that power of reasoning to look at their history, their character, what kind of people they really all. We will be responsible for that. “The question we must answer is whether we want to retain the ideals upon which this country was founded”.
The FBI kept tabs on Alinsky, and in files he was called a “a self-described agitator who admits to rubbing raw the sores of discontent (and) says his goal is the peaceful integration of the entire city and suburbs”.
In that same speech, Carson asserted that Americans must protect the U.S. Constitution so that it can’t be manipulated to grant “extra rights”.
Carson is now ensconced in the Trump camp – it came down to hating Ted Cruz even more than he did Donald – and was the penultimate speaker.
