Bernie’s New Campaign Message Focuses On the Issues, Not The Drama

For much of the past year, Clinton led Sanders in national polls by more than 20 points.

A survey from Quinnipiac University found that 49 percent of likely Democratic caucus goers in Iowa plan to back Sanders, while 44 percent support Mrs. Clinton.
“She has more experience from being the first lady and seeing what he went through”, she said.
“But you’ve got to pick the person most likely to do it”, Clinton said. Bernie Sanders, I-Vermont, and former Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley. He was also fulfilling the liberals’ need for a more progressive candidate than Clinton.

Clyburn, however, said he wasn’t convinced Sanders’ ideology would be a drag, at least not in the primaries. “I like people who don’t quit”. “That is a big, big issue”.
