Bernie Sanders’ Endorsement Of Hillary Clinton Leaves The Internet Feeling Conflicted

Bernie Sanders finally endorsed presumptive Democratic nominee for president, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

Later in the day, some of Sanders’ more high-profile convention delegates weighed in on the Vermont senator’s endorsement.

Clinton hopes the joint appearance will help her win over Sanders supporters, some of whom carried Sanders signs into the rally and frequently drowned out her backers.

“It’s a platform that will ensure that people of Pennsylvania come before the special interests and the billionaires”. But Lynch says Sanders is simply holding Clinton accountable.

“We are stronger together”, Clinton said.

While Donald Trump is busy insulting Mexicans, Muslims, women, African Americans and veterans, Hillary Clinton understands that our diversity is one of our greatest strengths.

Following the announcement, the potential future POTUS celebrated by excitedly proclaiming that she and Senator Sanders were coming together to defeat presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump.

Sanders connected with the youth demographic who didn’t feel they could trust Clinton despite her resume.

Though a lot of progressive points have been disappointingly left out of the platform, Sanders was proud to declare the Democrat positions to be the most progressive in history.

Sanders threw his support to Clinton less than two weeks before the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia, where she is expected to be formally nominated.

“I have said publicly that if she happens to be the nominee, I’ll vote for her, but my vote does not indicate my endorsement”, said state Rep. Joe Salazar.

During the primary season, Sanders was a constant critic of Clinton’s close tie to the Wall Street and criticized Clinton for her decision not to release transcripts of her paid speeches to big banks, such as Goldman Sachs. “They are not happy that he is selling out!”

Green Party candidate Dr. Jill Stein, who has been attempting to court Sanders supporters, tweeted out “Many Berning hearts are breaking right now”.
