Bethe Correia wants Ronda Rousey rematch, promises revenge for 34-second loss
Correia will most certainly have to fight off at least a couple of the top contenders before she gets another shot at Rousey and the belt, but she believes it is inevitable.
Bethe Correia’s unwillingness to accept the fact that Ronda Rousey destroyed her in UFC 190, however, is verging on pathetic.
Over the weekend, Correia took to Instagram to share her current feelings toward Rousey. I’d never would fight anyone with the intention to kill, break Their neck Which is something there’s no return from.
The chatty Brazilian talked the talk leading into this month’s scrap, but was unable to walk the walk because Rousey mauled her from the jump. I would not joke about it, because wanting to kill someone is not caring about the pain Their family would feel!
“I tell her, I’m here and I’ll fight for a rematch in 2016, stronger, more mature, we’ll see each other again”, she said.
“If I beat you quickly, that’s me at my nicest and most merciful”. “Ronda, if you ever listen to this, please go out on a date with me”.
“If I could ask her out on a date, I would totally do that”, Valentien told The New York Post. Although she has only starred in supporting roles thus far, the UFC women’s bantamweight champion has made it clear that this is the career path she wants to take in the relatively near future. Correia managed to get a title shot ahead of schedule due to her constantly calling out the champion, but that’s not going to be enough this time around, especially as she’s not really got anything to offer “Rowdy” on the mat and has already essentially been beaten at her own game on the feet. Those comments were not received well publicly, as Rousey’s father had killed himself earlier in the fighter’s life, and Correia would later apologize.
Responding through her Twitter account, Rousey said suicide should never be used as a “joke or selling point”.
