Beyoncé, under vocal rest, postpones MetLife Stadium concert
Under doctors’ orders for vocal rest, the date on her Formation World Tour has been rescheduled for October 7.
But fans needn’t worry – Queen Bey will only sit out one show.
Just days before the singer was scheduled to start the final leg of her Formation World Tour, it was announced that the September 7 show in East Rutherford, New Jersey would be postponed. Why?
The trek kicked off in Miami, Florida in April (16) and took Beyonce oversees to Europe, where she performed for over 75,000 fans at a show in Paris, France on 21 July (16).
It’s disappointing news, to say the least; however, ticket-holders for the remainder of the Formation World Tour shouldn’t worry, though. Following the Missouri stop, the tour will continue on to Los Angeles, the singer’s hometown of Houston, New Orleans, and Philadelphia, among other cities.
Tickets for the October 7 concert are available via Ticketmaster.
Beyoncé turned 35 on Sunday and attended the Made in America Festival in Philadelphia with her husband and festival founder Jay-Z.
