Beyoncé has released a highly-politicised new video for her song Formation which sees her singing atop a police patrol vehicle in a flooded New Orleans and tackling numerous issues now confronting black America. Is Beyonce going to do what needs to be done and kick Coldplay off the Super Bowl tomorrow? Last week, she and Coldplay released a video for their collaboration “Hymn for the Weekend”, which has since been accused of cultural misappropriation for its portrayal of India.
