Beyonce Will Face Off Against Channing Tatum on ‘Lip Sync Battle’

Channing Tatum is going big when he takes on the Lip Sync Battle in season two and bringing in the big guns – Beyonce. News has learned about one A-list pairing that will surely make must-see TV.

The upcoming season of Lip Sync Battle already has a lineup that will be hard to top: Beyonce is scheduled to go up against Channing Tatum, EW reports. The show was inspired by an ongoing skit on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon where, back in February, Will Ferrell gave his best rendition of Bey’s “Drunk in Love”. But wait, there’s even more! According to Entertainment Weekly, Our Lady of Flawlessness Beyoncé Knowles and Our Lord of the “Pony” Dance Channing Tatum will compete next season, thus forever legitimizing the show and silencing the naysayers till the end of time.

The last series proved a hit, with highlights including Anne Hathaway recreating Miley Cyrus’s Wrecking Ball performance and Stephen Merchant grinding to Dirrty by Christina Aguilera.

A specific air date has yet to be revealed but new episodes are expected to premiere in early 2016.
