Big B to reunite with Shoojit Sircar for his next
Earlier this year, he was seen peddling around the vibrant streets of Kolkata in a bicycle, while shooting for Shoojit Sarcar’s Piku.
Mumbai: Megastar Amitabh Bachchan believes that actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui is an example that talent does not go unnoticed in the Hindi film industry. Big B, who had lived and worked in Kolkata in the 60s before his roaring success in Bollywood, confessed to being filled with “nostalgia” as he rode past the Maidan and the Race Course, down Park Street and Red Road, and through the neighbourhood of Ballygunge.
Piku star Amitabh Bachchan is back in his city of joy and this time the superstar has chose to do something completely different.
Their final destination was Victoria Memorial, where the two actors gorged on paani puri or phuchkas. Big “B” will be next seen in the highly anticipated film “Wazir”, directed by Bejoy Nambiar and it mainly stars Farhan Akhtar and Aditi Rao Hydari in lead roles.
