‘Big Bang Theory:’ Sheldon & Amy to get frisky in December

It was mentioned in EW that the previous episode of “The Big Bang Theory” entitled “the mystery date observation”, Amy went out with a British math nerd named Dave who is a huge fan of Sheldon and the date didn’t end well.

It is unclear if Amy and Sheldon will officially reconcile, but at least now we know what Professor Proton (Bob Newhart) will likely be advising Sheldon on in the episode. The sitcom’s producers are eager for viewers to see the couple’s journey in subsequent episodes, he said.

On Thursday night, Sheldon will tell Amy that staying friends is better because he had such a hard time moving on from their breakup.

For “Big Bang”, the news comes as TV’s No. 1 comedy among the all-important adults 18-49 demographic continues to march toward a happy ending for all of its central characters.
