Big fan turnout greets Rams at their California workout
He watched above in a tower with Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, a strong Kroenke ally. They remained in California, traveling south to practice with the Cowboys on Monday and Tuesday.
Most of the fans in line were wearing Rams apparel or had the former Los Angeles team’s logo on their cars.
“We felt like our team was in a position to gain some additional experience on the practice field and, in a lot of ways, try to gain an additional preseason game”, Fisher said.
“It was pretty special to know that you could make an impact on him like that”, Witten said of Rodriguez presenting him the photo.
“You get a lot out of them in the sense that you get on the same page with your guys”, Foles said.
Ten days ago in St. Louis, during a practice session at Rams Park televised live by NFL Network, Rams fans were told by team security to either discard their large pro-St.

“It’s always good work and they’re a good defense, but we have to do better”, Witten said.
Butts was impressed – but not surprised – by the fan turnout in Oxnard, about 60 miles from the flattened acres in Inglewood where that state-of-the-art stadium could begin to rise this winter.
But the biggest stories of the week may come from St. Louis’ front on the other side of the ball. “The Rams are the team that most of us as children grew up with”. The Fearsome Foursome. Defensive end Chris Long, whose father Howie Long practiced on this same field as a member of the Los Angeles Raiders, was also thrilled to see so many Rams fans among the 7,739 in attendance. There were problems associated with the crowds last year when the Oakland Raiders came to Oxnard to practice against the Cowboys. “We’re really proud of our great legacy we’ve got here and the years we have, in a way, invested in Southern California fans”.
“What I do think is (the Rams) have such a traditional visibility and a traditional following here in Southern California”, Jones said.
