Bill Clinton Mocks Sanders’s Peace-Loving, Revolutionary Image

Clinton arguably boasts experience in government unparalleled by anyone in the presidential field – but that has also made her a high-profile target for attack.

Jeff Weaver, campaign manager for Sanders, responded that Clinton was resorting to false attacks because her campaign is struggling.

Manchester is viewed as a “must” stronghold for Clinton if she hopes to make inroads and come close to, or defeat, Sanders.

Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press” with Chuck Todd, Clinton laughed off Albright’s attempt to shame women into voting for Clinton by saying, “Well, good grief, we’re getting offended about everything these days. I’m very committed to them, they’re committed to doing the best we can”, she said. Amanda Hayes, a veterinary technician from Manchester, said she feels in her gut that Sanders is going to win by a landslide.

Clinton, recognizing the strength of Sanders’s candidacy in New Hampshire, offered an olive branch to young voters who have migrated to his campaign. “People counted out the Denver Broncos last night, didn’t they?” said Chris Pappas, a member of New Hampshire executive council who spoke at the rally. “Her feminism does not represent my feminism, and I think it’s really important to differentiate that”, one young woman said. “You may not support me now, but I will always support you”.
