Bills Add Ed Reed To Coaching Staff
The Buffalo Bills have added another big name to their coaching staff for the 2016 season, former all pro safety Ed Reed.
“Ed Reed is going to be such a great asset to our team”, said Ryan. During that time Reed was a nine-time Pro Bowler, five-time All-Pro, and a Super Bowl champion.

He’s going to be such a great asset for players.
“Obviously, he’s played in this system at a MVP-caliber level and he’s a real student of the game”, said Ryan. Their high-priced defense underachieved past year in its first season after Ryan took over as coach.
Reed joins a coaching staff now undergoing changes on the defensive side of the ball.
Ed Reed always played the game with tremendous heart and effort to go along with his skills. He also played the final seven games of his future Hall of Fame career with the Jets in 2013 when Ryan was head coach in NY. Defensive backs coach Donnie Henderson is leaving, defensive coordinator Dennis Thurman will take on extra responsibilities, particularly with the defensive backs, and Rob Ryan was brought on as an assistant head coach to work with the defence.
All of the sudden, the Buffalo Bills are building a pretty interesting coaching staff. Then again, things are always interesting when Rex Ryan is at the helm. “He’s going to teach guys how he studies film, bring the guys along and add so much in that way”.
