Bindi Irwin And Derek Hough Win ‘Dancing With The Stars’ Season 21

After all is said and done, the winners of DWTS Season 21 are Bindi & Derek and I am so happy for her! Here’s why they deserve to win.

By the time the finale rolled around, it came down to three couples – 17-year-old nature conservationist Bindi Irwin and Derek Hough, Backstreet Boy Nick Carter and Sharna Burgess and American hero Alek Skarlatos and Lindsay Arnold. – Dance All Night Tour headed to 43 cities. Next, Bindi & Derek are announced as finalists. The ecstatic pair celebrated onstage as Bindi’s family cheered in the audience and chaos ensued around them. “When you dance, you’re fearless”.

What did you make of Bindi’s win? “A star is born”. She was also in the finals last season and even placed third with former United States Army soldier Noah Galloway. The bubbly and smiling teen improved a lot under the guidance of her pro partner Derek.

As always, a large chunk of the finale was spent looking back at the highlights and most memorable performances of the season, along with a rather uncomfortable mashup of host Tom Bergeron singing to the tune of “Safety Dance”. Bindi lost it, I lost it, the judges lost it. What you do is that you do each moment to its fullest potential.

Steve Irwin died in 2006 while filming in shallow waters at Batt Reef for his daughter’s TV show Bindi the Jungle Girl, when a stingray barb pierced his heart. The difference with you – you’re so special. “It was handsome. It was extraordinary”.

Len will be reprising his role behind the judges table during the spring season of “DWTS”, joining Carrie Ann Inaba, Julianne Hough and Bruno Tonioli once again in Season 22 of the series.

The photo actually surprised Bindi, who had no idea it was coming. “Thank you for changing my life”. They would praise her week after week for the way she always gave it her all and would thank her for bringing them along with her on this magical journey. This made her sail through the finale.

Talking about feeling her father’s spirit with her as she danced, Bindi Irwin said “Sometimes in rehearsals it feels like there’s three people in the room, I do feel as if dad is still with me everyday”.
