He even called RSS as BJPs Supreme Court and maintained that the BJP is not liable to take action against the wishes of the RSS.
The former Gujarat Chief Minister also slammed RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat over his statement on the current reservation policy and sought to link his comment with the ongoing agitation by the Patels for OBC tag.
There is an absolute need to review quotas and even Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar has attempted to tweak reservation by creating greater opportunities for more backward among the Dalits and the backwards by offering targeted quotas for “Mahadalits and Extremely Backward Classes”.

In an editorial in Sena’s mouthpiece “Saamna”, the NDA ally welcomed Bhagwat’s pitch for reviewing caste-based reservation and took a dig at the BJP by saying that Bihar polls prompted its ally at the Centre and Maharashtra to distance itself from its mentor RSS’ position.
Hitting out at BJP and RSS, Kumar, a senior JD (U) leader, accused them of being against reservations and said the RSS was seeking to install an “extra-constitutional” body to review reservations. It is a very unsafe view. “It can not be accepted”, he said.
“Political parties who call themselves as saviors of the victimized class have vehemently opposed Bhagwat’s comments”.
Apprehending the reverse, Mahua MLA Ravindra Rai has joined HAM (S) and is nominated by that party while at Raghopur, Satish Kumar, who had defeated Rabri Devi in 2010, has joined BJP which has fielded him from the seat. The distribution of party tickets revealed that Lalu-led RJD is still heavily depending on its core voters of Yadavs and Muslims, better known as the MY combination in political parlance of Bihar, whereas JD(U) is banking on Kurmi and Koeri caste voters of the OBC section.
