“The most encouraging trend I’m seeing is while guests were in our stores shopping for those big doorbuster items, they continued to shop multiple categories”, Target CEO Brian Cornell said Thursday night. That’s up from 58.7 percent, or 135.8 million people previous year.
The rise of e-commerce means Black Friday deals are no longer necessarily the steepest of the season.
