Black Friday TV Deals Online
Every year, retailers throughout the United States, and a few outside of the USA, will lower prices of their products to kick-start the Holiday season.
The campaign is in light of national figures from last Christmas which show that individuals and businesses reported losing £16,426,989 to online fraudsters through online shopping and auction fraud.

Nevertheless, Argos reported peak orders of 1,000 per minute. It said it had a queuing system in place.
Despite the publicity, some analysts are wary of the impact of the discounts on retailers’ pricing power, pointing out that some of chains which shunned the event past year, such as clothing retailers Next and Jigsaw, were among the best Christmas performers.
Frustrated shoppers complained about the Argos website, with one saying on Twitter: “10 min queue online, then it told me 8 days for delivery with no option for 24 hour, and then it crashed”. Indeed many retailers are rolling out sales over the weekend and into the following week.
“There’s a generation that cares more about experiences than they do things”, Barr said “Millennials really are transforming that overall shopping experience”.
“The bargains are there but people are just looking around”. “While Black Friday offers the potential for a short blast of extra sales volume, this will be at the expense of margins during the most crucial period of the trading year”. What you haven’t seen is the big insane crushes.
“They’re trying to both protect their stores – the traffic going to their physical store – but also recognizing they have to compete with online stores”, he said.
At the Westfield shopping centre in Stratford, east London, trading was said to be brisk rather than frenzied.
