Bobby Brown’s Lawyer Blames Bobbi Kristina’s Death On Her Boyfriend
Radar Online, October 5, 2015, reports that a grand jury is being convened in Georgia and the day is coming when Nick may be arrested and charged with the murder of his unofficial wife, Bobbi Kristina.
Late last month, the Fulton County medical examiner announced a formal cause of death had been determined, but the results were ordered sealed by the courts. The District Attorney is convening a secret grand jury.
The couple were reportedly both present in Bobbi Kristina’s townhouse in Georgia – along with Nick – on the morning of January 31 when she was discovered face down in a bath filled with water.
Meanwhile, Bobbi Kristina Brown’s aunt, Leolah Brown, who has been vocal on social media since her niece’s hospitalization, took to her Facebook account stating that she is “determined” to get justice.
Reacting to the news, Bobby’s lawyer claimed that they believe strongly that Gordon had harmed the celeb-child causing her a painful untimely death. Just three years earlier, Bobbi Kristina’s mother, beloved singer Whitney Houston, died in exactly the same manner. The D.A.is also consulting with legal experts to see if murder charges would stick, the insider continues. One of her friends came forward with tales that Brown had called her on several occasions, terrified of Nick Gordon and hiding out so he wouldn’t find her. The Roswell Police Department has always considered the investigation to be criminal, and as time has gone on, that has not changed.
Although the evidence does not necessarily point at Gordon, who was Bobbi Kristina’s boyfriend/fiancé, Bobbi Kristina’s father, Bobby Brown, has continued to suggest that Gordon is responsible. The pictures showed Nick Gordon looking tense, with the outlet noting that he is facing a potential $40 million civil suit for wrongful death, and even the possibility of criminal charges for Bobbi Kristina’s death. In August, Bobbi Kristina Brown’s conservator Bedelia Hargrove filed an amended lawsuit against Gordon, alleging he gave Houston’s daughter a “toxic cocktail” shortly before she was found in the bathtub.
