Brad: Rain dying out tonight; more showers this week

Thursday: A 20 percent chance of showers after 1pm. Sunday should be partly to mostly sunny and breezy with highs in the lower 60s. A weak system will move through Wednesday night, but most of the week and the upcoming weekend will be easy going.
Expect scattered showers through this evening, with most of the rain pushing out overnight. Some of this rain could transition to snow late Thursday in the far northern part of the state.
Looking Ahead: Tomorrow mornings cold front will keep rain chances around through much of the day on Wednesday and steadily drop temperatures, keeping us dramatically cooler. Today’s high temperatures will be in the mid to upper 50s.
The best chance of clearing would be in our western zones along US-127, with the last area to clear being the Thumb. Skies are mostly clear for a good portion of Monday, but late cloud cover could limit our high temperature.
“The only negative is that we will be mowing our lawns by next weekend with all this rain”, he said.
