Brady banner outside Gillette Stadium taken down
Gisele Bundchen posted a picture to her personal Instagram account Saturday of her catching a football from her husband, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady.
In those few weeks, the Patriots are likely not going to be as sharp as they will be in the 12 weeks Brady is on the team.
Patriots president Jonathan Kraft says Tom Brady banner at Gillette Stadium will be coming down tonight.
“I think it’s just finding the right time and space to take for yourself so you can focus on the things you want to do and accomplish”. “He’s played 17 of the [franchise’s] 56 seasons, and in that time, the Patriots have won – when you count regular and postseason – 43 percent of all the games they’ve ever won”.
“But this was a way to let him know that everybody loves him and has his back and we don’t feel that he was treated fairly”.
Just as Kraft said, there was a crew at Gillette Stadium tearing down the banner at exactly 8:30 p.m. ET on Sunday.
In an interview with Westwood One on Thursday, Brady said, “I’m really trying to take it day by day”.
“From end of preseason to today, we wanted to symbolize the fact he is on everybody’s mind and we love him”, Kraft said.
