Braves lose lead, fall to Mets 6-4 after Teheran exits game

A fielding error by rookie shortstop Dansby Swanson and two walks from rookie right-hander Mauricio Cabrera (3-1) loaded the bases to set up the Mets’ four-run inning. Williams Perez takes the hill, and he’s 2-2 with a 5.47 ERA and 25 strikeouts this season.

Lugo, who was thrust into the rotation following the injuries to Jacob deGrom, Steven Matz, Matt Harvey, Zack Wheeler and Jon Niese, continued to excel as a starter, improving to 4-0 with a 1.80 ERA over his last four outings.
