Breezy, mild weather continues Monday

Longmont’s forecast calls for increasingly cloudy weather today with a high near 54, according to the National Weather Service. North wind around 6 miles per hour becoming light and variable in the afternoon. South wind around 8 miles per hour. Sustained wind speeds up to 29 miles per hour are possible and gusts could reach 41 miles per hour.
Tuesday will be mostly sunny with a high around 47 and a low of 33.
Wednesday’s forecast calls for sunny weather with a high near 63 and an overnight low around 32. Northwest wind around 5 miles per hour becoming calm in the evening. South winds will be 5-10 miles per hour.
But while skies were mostly clear this morning, forecasters are calling for a mostly cloudy day with a high in the mid-40s, a bit above normal for this time of year. Weather becomes chilly and partly cloudy during nighttime.
Wednesday Night: Isolated showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 39. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 38.
Friday: Mostly cloudy with a high near 55. Overnight, the temperature should drop down to about 44. Chance of precipitation is 100%. Mostly cloudy with a low around 49.
