Brett Rossi, Charlie Sheen’s Ex-Fiancée, Sues Over Alleged HIV Exposure
Also, Rossi disputes Sheen’s assurance that he hasn’t missed a single dosage of his HIV medication, claiming that the actor who played Charlie Harper “became increasingly less diligent and responsible in taking his HIV medication as a result of his illegal drug use” between July and September 2014.
According to the court documents, Sheen then “begged for forgiveness” and assured his ex he was committed to making serious efforts to gain control of his life.
When caught by cameras, Brett revealed she is suing Charlie Sheen now because she is exhausted of being scared. Sheen’s attorney, Martin Singer, said in a statement that Sheen “intends to vigorously defend the lawsuit”. However, after the revelation a fortnight ago, she says that he has reneged on the deal. Ross first met the actor in November 2013, when she went to his house to have sex with him for $10,000, she says.
After that, the legal document claims that Rossi fell in love with Sheen but he would “became violent and abusive and uncontrollable”.
“We are confident that Mr Sheen will prevail in this action and will prevail on his claims for affirmative relief against her”.
She said that the former Two and a Half Men TV star had agreed to pay her a settlement of one million dollars, as well as give her 5% of his backend participation points from the TV show, Anger Management, but that after telling the world he is HIV positive he wouldn’t sign the agreement.
Ex-fiance Brett Rossi said Sheen bullied her to abort their unborn child in 2014, ranting that she would “give birth to a retarded child”, according to People.
The lawsuit alleges that, on several occasions, Sheen locked Ross in the bathroom, pushed her, dragged her by the arms, placed her in a chokehold and pointed an unloaded gun at her, and repeatedly pulled the trigger. Rossi claims in the lawsuit that once he finally revealed his diagnosis to her after they had already had sex five times, they had a “heart to heart” and chose to stay together.
