It is understood 31-year-old Keshia Handa was at a party at an Istanbul hotel when a makeshift bridge between two buildings collapsed on Saturday night.

Rea Turner said Ms Handa had created a regular dance party that Ms Turner said Ms Handa excelled at. “I’m completely in shock”.
Handa regularly travelled interstate and overseas for dance workshops and events, she said.
“I just think sometimes bad things happen to good people”.
The Melbourne Age says she worked as a psychologist at the the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital.
“She was just a genuinely lovely person”.
“She was also an accomplished belly dancer and just a very good dancer and a very enthusiastic person in terms of that”.
Handa was the youngest in the health psychology class of just five diploma students.
The hotel she was staying at in Pera is a popular night-life destination for tourists and locals.
The hotel owner expressed his remorse at the tragedy and said it was an “accident”.
New Zealand Embassy officials accompanied Handa’s relatives to the morgue to complete the paperwork, and her body will be flown back to her homeland on the next flight.
