British Isis fighter Omar Hussain complains his terrorist mates have bad
A British ISIS jihadi has posted a message on a blog complaining about his Syrian “brothers” in the terrorist group’s ranks and bemoaning their manners.
Hussain, 27, a former supermarket security guard who threatened to bomb Britain, reportedly complained about fellow jihadists invading his space, talking too loudly and cutting the line.
In his blog, which he writes under the name Abu Saeed al Britani (The Britishman), Hussain exhorted potential Islamic State recruits to be aware of the culture clash between Western and Middle Eastern values.
Under a series of numbered subheadings, Mr Hussain criticises various annoying habits he has encountered while living in Syria.
On administration, he wrote: “Another “great” feature of Arabs in administration is that there is no queue in any of their offices”.
When serving food to his fellow terrorists, he said he “was pounced upon by everyone in the room”. “The difference between an Arab and a non-Arab in their manners is like the difference between the Heavens and the Earth”. Children who stare don’t bother him but Hassan said, “it can be quite uncomfortable to have a fully grown man stand a few meters away from you staring at you”.
Hussain, who had previously said he would only come back to the United Kingdom to carry out a bombing campaign, added: “Apparently brotherhood dictates that they can take anything from you without permission, and you have no right to get upset”.
He said his Arab colleagues would rummage through his belongings without asking and “they see no issue in unplugging your mobile phone to charge their own phone, even if it is your own charger”.
His biggest grievance is that other jihadis steal his shoes, saying that it’s “weird”.
Earlier this year Hussain complained that his dating life has been hard as he has been unable to find himself a Jihadi bride and, on top of that, he has been forced to peel potatoes without a proper peeler.
He continues: “Arabs in general do not know where the red line is in giving another brother his space, and this is in their culture, maybe because they see this as a form of strong brotherhood”.
British jihadist Imran Khawaja, who was jailed earlier this year, complained to friends when he was in Syria that he could not obtain moisturiser or soft toilet paper.
