Broncos stand pat at National Football League trading deadline; TE AJ Derby only acquisition

It has been dormant for a while.

The Raiders defense has begun to play better of late, in part because of Khalil Mack (52) Perry Riley (54) and Bruce Irvin (51). He did well past year when Charles was injured, as he rushed for 634 yards.

One of the things Raiders wide receivers do best is pick up yards after contact.

The Broncos enter this contest with a 6-2 record. It would take almost three games to get that much against Denver, based on a pass defense giving up a league-low 183.9 yards per game. Of course, Denver hasn’t exactly been a juggernaut in the rushing department as it is only averaging 104.8 rushing yards per game, ranking it at No. 20 in that category.
