Browns’ Garrett ‘doubtful’ to play Colts but nearing return

Shortly after the Cleveland Browns lost to the Indianapolis Colts, Browns quarterback DeShone Kizer responded directly to the president’s charge. “We’ve got to win the second quarter”.

According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Cleveland is the slight favorite on the road, as the Browns are getting odds of -1.5 points against the Colts.

With starting receiver Corey Coleman out with a broken hand, veteran Kenny Britt led the team’s receivers with three catches, including an 11-yard touchdown late in the fourth quarter.

Luck is not going to play this week, either, and the Colts intend to start the Patriots’ former third-string quarterback, Jacoby Brissett, whom they acquired via trade not long before the regular season got under way. Kizer took advantage of Indy’s second-half struggles and almost pulled off the comeback.
