Neville-Lake said she found out about the accident after seeing news coverage of the incident on television.

Daniel Neville-Lake, 9, his brother Harrison, 5, and sister Millie, 2, died as a result of the crash.
Two of the children were students at St. Joachim Elementary School in Brampton, a spokesman for the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board said.
An adult male was pronounced dead at the scene while the remaining two passengers, both female, were taken to hospital. Whereas, court documents name the grandfather as Gary Neville.
Edward Lake, the children’s father, said the kids were always happy, active and excellent at several activities.
“I’m not going to tell you what he said to me”.
The school is holding two masses tomorrow for the Neville-Lake family.
Andy Pattenden told reporters that three vehicles were involved in a collision at the intersection of Kipling Avenue and Kirby Road, near Kleinburg, Ont.at approximately 4:10 p.m ET.
Officers say there were two people in a third vehicle and were not injured.
In a release issued Monday, York police confirmed that all three had succumbed to their injuries. They were treated for serious injuries and are expected to survive.

Three children, all under the age of 10 were also removed from the vehicle suffering from life-threatening injuries.
