Buhari Jets Out On 5-Day Trip To Kenya, Ethiopia Wednesday
President Muhammadu Buhari will leave Nigeria for a three-day state visit to Kenya on Wednesday. So we are happy to see that President Muhammadu Buhari went to UAE to discuss the repatriation of stolen wealth.
Thereafter, the Nigerian leader will proceed to Nairobi for bilateral talks on Thursday with Kenyan government officials led by Kenyatta.
Also key on the agenda is security as the two countries deal with militant attacks. The programme will end on Friday, January 29, 2016.
Last July, Kenya and Nigeria concluded an agreement for the establishment of a joint commission for cooperation.

“Nigeria has always been a friend to Kenya and this visit will simply enhance the strong relations we share”, State House spokesman, Esipisu said in a statement.

Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta leads an interfaith memorial service honoring Kenyan soldiers killed while on peacekeeping duty in Somalia.
The service is also being attended by the Somalia President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud who jetted into the country earlier this morning.
The Somali leader was received by senior government officials led by the Deputy President William Ruto and Foreign Affairs Cabinet Secretary Ambassador Amina Mohammed.
