‘Burnout Paradise’ Barrels Toward Xbox One Backward Compatibility
The company’s official Twitter stated, “Yes, we ARE talking to Microsoft about making XBox 360 Burnout Paradise available on XBox One via backwards-compatibility!”
Microsoft has announced the Ultimate game sale of the all the types of Xbox 360 games and also Xbox one games.
Microsoft writes what the new Windows 10 and Xbox One compatibility would mean for gamers. They won’t be able to work.
After not seeing Burnout Paradise as one of the top requests, I went hunting for it on the voting site and finally found it on the fifth page with 7,000 or so votes sandwiched between Resident Evil 6 and Dragon Age 2. After the game has finished downloading, you will still need to keep the game disc in the drive to play.
As for game streaming, it allows users to stream Xbox One games on Window 10 who have the Xbox app installed on their devices.
Here’s hoping that Burnout Paradise will soon be added to Microsoft’s master list of approximately 100 backwards compatible games, because it really is a gem. While the Backward Compatibility will be officially available in the next few months. Playing older games on the new console will come at no extra cost to those playing.
While this week’s firmware will not feature significant UI changes, Xbox One users should look forward to the Xbox One backward compatibility and Windows 10 streaming as much as with the upcoming UI overhaul this coming fall.
