Burt Reynolds has no sympathy for Charlie Sheen

Whoa, Charlie Sheen is slamming his ex-fiancée Brett Rossi in new court documents calling her a “prostitute” and an “extortionist” after she claimed that he knowingly slept with her while he was HIV positive and didn’t tell her.

According to the lawsuit obtained by The Hollywood Reporter, Rossi claimed, “If Sheen had disclosed to Plaintiff that he was HIV positive when they met for the very first time, Plaintiff would never have engaged in sex with him, and the resulting relationship between the two would never have occurred”.

Sheen has also revealed that Rossi wanted to have unprotected sex and claimed she was a nurse and was seeing doctors who gave her anti-HIV meds. Rossi says after their breakup she signed a settlement of her claims against Sheen for $1 million plus five percent of Sheen’s profit participation on Anger Management, his FX sitcom. “He did not want his child to have his blood type (i.e., HIV-Positive)”. These were from original court documents that were filed December 7, Monday by the actor’s lawyers.

“We are confident that Mr. Sheen will prevail in this action and also will recover significant damages against her in connection with a pending arbitration that was commenced months ago”, they remarked. But Charlie, I don’t feel bad for him, he’s getting what he deserves.

Marty Singer, Sheen’s lawyer, vowed to fight “vigorously” against the claims filed by the Brett Rossi. The lawsuit also indicates that Sheen never disclosed his condition to Rossi who would have declined any sexual relations with the actor. “In fact, Rossi told Sheen that she was taking birth control pills during the entire course of their relationship”. Brett states she & Charlie had unprotected sex a minimum offive times before she came upon HIV meds in his drugs cupboard.

Later on, the actor argued that Rossi wanted “revenge” and tried to “punish Sheen for breaking off their engagement… and cutting her off financially”.
