Caitlyn Jenner Will NOT Be Charged With Vehicular Manslaughter!

The L.A. County D.A. will NOT charge Caitlyn Jenner with vehicular manslaughter or any other crime in connection with the fatal auto crash on PCH.

Jenner’s attorney Blair Berk said from the start, she believed a thorough and objective investigation would clear her client from any criminal wrongdoing. Kris and Bruce have been married for 22 years, which is why Kris might be having a hard time accepting that Bruce is gone and that she needs to welcome the new Bruce, who is now Caitlyn Jenner.

“Kris has asked her daughter how they really feel about Corey because she said that she is convinced he is the one”, an insider tells Radar exclusively.

Jenner was driving inattentively when she slammed into a Lexus, sending the auto into oncoming traffic where it struck a Hummer.

The attorney added, “We are heartened the district attorney has agreed that even a misdemeanor charge would not be appropriate”.

In February, Jenner was hauling an off-road vehicle on a trailer behind her Cadillac Escalade when she steered to avoid cars slowing for a traffic light in front of her on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu.

“It is a devastating tragedy”, the statement read. I am praying for them.

Steindorff and Howe’s family are separately suing Jenner, alleging that she was negligent.

The crash has shadowed Jenner’s much-lauded transgender transition that was announced in a two-hour television special with Diane Sawyer.

Ms Howe’s stepchildren have filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Jenner.

Jenner won the gold medal in the 1976 Olympic decathlon and is known to a younger generation for a role in the reality TV series “Keeping Up With the Kardashians“.
