Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 Beta Was Largest in PS4 History
In an announcement that could have been predicted months ago, Activision has related that last week’s ‘Call of Duty: Black Ops III’ multiplayer PS4 beta has gone down as the biggest beta in PS4 history.
“And remember, this beta is just a fraction of the overall multiplayer experience and a portion of what’s coming on 6th November when the full game – spanning campaign, multiplayer and Zombies hits worldwide”. Millions of gamers participated and gave enough feedback for Treyarch to improve on the game before its November 2015 release date.
“This is about making sure we deliver to our fans the best possible game at launch”, said Rob Kostich, senior vice president and general manager of Call of Duty.
The beta period for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 on the PlayStation 4 was extended by one day and gamers also received access to a new map and mode during the period. Today, our friend at “BlackOps3.com” discovered first image and details regarding the classified “9th Specialist” in Call of Duty: Black Ops III.
The 3 may well represent the third iteration of Nuketown since Black Ops 1, but we’re guessing Treyarch will be spilling the beans once the beta is finished up on all platforms. Hmm, indeed! Obviously it’ll likely be available now at some point in the future, possibly as part of some promotion or a DLC pack that players can add onto their game. Activision maintains operations throughout the world.
Now it appears we have some more legitimate information to suggest that this map is returning.
We’ve reached out to Activision and will update the story once we’ve gotten an official statement on the matter.
As of now, it is not yet clear what is causing some people problems when it comes to redeeming their codes for the Xbox One beta of “Call of Duty: Black Ops 3″.
