Can New England Patriots Go Undefeated?

It’s been said before, but Aaron Dobson has been presented with his latest opportunity to step up as a key contributor.

Dobson ranks seventh on the Patriots with 12 catches and 124 yards this season. On the Week 10 game, where Edelman sustained his foot injury, Amendola caught 10 passes for 79 yards and figures to take over as the New England Patriots’ full-time slot wide receiver.

It feels like every game now that someone else invaluable goes down with an injury. You never want anybody on your team, especially somebody with that role on your offense, to go down.

Color it dumb: Just when you thought the National Football League couldn’t come up with any dumber ways to grab fans’ money, it debuted the “color rush” uniforms (you can get yours by going to the NFL Shop!). “So they just plug guys in, they do a great job of that”.

There’s also Keshawn Martin, who has made minimal contributions to the team in his limited time (six receptions, 95 yards, touchdown) but who has proven to have enough of a grasp of the offense to make plays in a pinch. If the Patriots defense can contain Taylor while stuffing the Bills rushing attack, it might be a long day for Rex and his boys. “He’s the kind of guy that he’s got 10 projects going at once and then you’re like, ‘Hey, Matt. can you do this and do that?” Going into that game, the Giants’ secondary was one of the worst in the league and couldn’t generate pressure on the quarterback. But Belichick did, and I haven’t doubted him since.

The New England Patriots have been playing well lately, and they might just be able to do what they set out to do.

Two different worlds? Not so much. They’re not just getting lucky at the end of these games – their unparalleled clock management and situational awareness is a big reason why they have such a knack for pulling out close wins at the end of games. Will they win the Super Bowl? That’s what it comes down to.

That’s the standard, recommended practice during an outbreak, and the Giants and Tampa Bay Buccaneers have each cleansed their facilities in recent years when dealing with MRSA diagnoses. Regardless, Tom Brady will need to be on his game and take care of the ball more than he has the last couple weeks when he has thrown a pair of interceptions and lost a forced fumble.
