Can’t let Salman Khan down: Sooraj Pancholi

Directed by Nikhil Advani, produced by Salman Khan and distributed by Eros global, Hero is scheduled to release on 11th September. I keep asking him and he just tells me “I saw a spark in you, so I signed you”. Sooraj has an arresting display presence and I knew immediately that the business has a new hero within the reckoning. No wonder then that as he was launching two star kids with Hero, he went all out to make them comfortable during the shoot.

However, it was not a cakewalk for Athiya and Sooraj to grab their debut film as Salman said that, scoring roles in the movie “Halwa nahi tha”.

As the release nears, Salman feels the pressure as a producer.

The film has the multitalented Farhan Akhtar in lead. Arguably the funniest part of the video is when Sooraj and Salman are together meditating and continuously chanting, “I’m a virgin”. We needed to put one, however, they can not.

She said: “I was going to look at all these colleges in America and we were at Heathrow Airport, London. After spending so many years in the industry, I now have the liberty to select scripts, but before that I had no say”, said the actor.

“The biggest challenge for me in this movie was not to care about the budget”.

While Sooraj Pancholi’s dream is to work with Deepika Padukone and Alia Bhatt, Athiya is a self-confessed Ranveer Singh fan.

And even though he’s among the fittest of the fit stars of the film fraternity, the 49-year-old actor added that the quest to match up with the new lot with thier fitness level is “ten times more difficult” than his initial days in the industry.
