Car Crashes Into Pedestrians on Vegas Strip
There are reports that as many as 30 people were transported to the hospital after a auto ran up onto the sidewalk on Las Vegas Boulevard.
The crash took place at around 6 p.m. local time (9 p.m. EST). Two adults were in critical condition and the others were in serious condition, Cohen said.
According to New 3, as many as 37 people were injured and one people was killed in the accident that shut down part of the Las Vegas strip. In addition to this, 26 people were hospitalised with injuries. It is not believed to be an act of terrorism, police said.
While an exact number of the injured was not immediately available, police said the crash involved an automobile and pedestrians.
KSNV-TV says the crash occurred in front of the Paris Hotel & Casino and Planet Hollywood Las Vegas Resort & Casino on South Las Vegas Boulevard, north of Harmon Avenue.
