Cassidy Naturally Wasn’t Impressed With Meek Mill’s Drake Diss

Drake’s mysteriously quiet for a few days… until his first (of many) diss tracks, “Charged Up”, drops. Meek Mill also attempts to play down Drake’s platinum success by boasting about the triumphs of his own girlfriend Nicki Minaj. In “Back to Back”, the screen behind Drake showed Internet memes which made fun of Meek Mill and “Wanna Know”. On August 3, Drake wearing a “free Meek Mill” t-shirt while rehearsing for Ovo fest came out, Hiphopdx reports.

After all of this we do not know what’s next… When Mill was in the city last week as the support act on Minaj’s Pinkprint Tour, he was roundly booed during his short set.

After a brief solo performance, highlighted by the live debut of his track “Hotline Bling”, Drake was joined by Pharrell to perform Daft Punk’s “Get Lucky”.
