Casting Aditi in ‘Wazir’ an instant decision: Chopra

Asked about working with Amitabh Bachchan in “Wazir”, Farhan said he hoped to have the same level of enthusiasm when he reaches the Bollywood veteran’s age. “We hopefully think we also have same excitement like him at that age”, said Farhan, who had also directed Bachchan in “Lakshya”.

Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s “Wazir” is an action drama and for the first time brings together Farhan and Big B on the big screen. “I had a wonderful time doing action”.

“When I was casting, I saw her (Aditi) dance. He rehearses for eight days….He is an exception”, he said.

Farhan Akhtar along with Vidhu Vinod Chopra and Aditi Rao Hydari unveiled this romantic number today in a suburban site.

“Shantanu (Moitra) was working on the melody of the song”. It’s a nice environment created for the song.

“These lyrics were not final but people loved it, so we have retained”. “I am comfortable doing romantic numbers”. Just before the song was started, Farhan took to twitter to share an exclusive picture of Tere Bin. “At the end, everyone said that the song should remain as it is”, Chopra said. As of now, the film is scheduled for a January 8, 2016 release.

Aditi plays a dancer in the Bejoy Nambiar directorial.
