Cavs fan unapologetic after being fired for Riley Curry tweet
The Cavs fan has since tweeted about what happened.
The woman who allegedly came on to Stephen Curry during a game earlier this week seems to be an afterthought after a fan blasted Curry and his wife, Ayesha Curry’s young daughter, Riley on social media.
“In response to Sydel Curry’s tweet that she had arrived at Cleveland, Wahdan told “[her] and [her] family to get the f*ck out of Cleveland” and called Riley a f****t.
Sydel Curry tweeted about landing in Cleveland to watch her brother take on the Cavaliers.
The tweets have since been deleted. “Will be gone by Friday”.
Among all the trolls on Twitter, it’s not easy to stand out – but you can still manage if you make a vulgar comment about the country’s most famous 3-year-old.
The user, who goes by the name Moe Wahdan, ended up being fired from his job at estate agent Holton-Wise Property Group after tweeting abuse at Sydel Curry.
“Our apologies to all who were a party to this attack”.
We’d suggest this guy takes a break from Twitter for a bit. USA Today said the company’s owner, James Wise, formally apologized to the Curry family.
An open letter to the Curry family. Holton Wise wasted little time in taking action. We do not condone or tolerate hate speech of any kind, let alone hate speech that is directed towards a child.
The people of Cleveland love our city and are passionate about our sports teams. Cleveland has a lot to offer and hopefully after your visit here, you will love the city of Cleveland as much as we do.
