And Trabuco Hills High School hosted a group of students from nearby Del Lago Elementary School in Mission Viejo for a morning of activities and performances. She added that her students are also now starting to take Accelerated Reading tests, so the books have been an incentive for them to want to take the assessments.
Students are using Dr. Seuss books to help develop their imagination and creativity.

Patchell chose “Cat in the Hat” and “I Can Read With My Eyes Shut” as a tribute to Dr. Seuss, while Perryville Commissioner Michelle Linkey picked “Oh, The Places You’ll Go!” “All that rhyming, rhymes are great for little kids”.
