Cent Wants To Sue Rick Ross For Rapping Over “In Da Club”
Ross, 38, released the mixtape in November 2015 and 50 Cent, who reportedly filed the lawsuit in CT, claims the Maybach Music Group boss used In Da Club to promote the release of his latest album Black Market.
“50 Cent’s most valuable asset is the name and reputation he has painstakingly built through his Grammy-winning music, acting, and business endeavors”, said LiCalsi in the statement. One of the remixes was a redo of “In Da Club”, and 50 Cent is suing Ross for that. “He chooses his projects carefully for the very objective of protecting that name and reputation”.
It looks like 50 is hoping to cash in on this $2 million from Ross, to then use the money to pay the mother of Ross’ child?
If you think that 50 Cent is done with trolling his arch nemesis Rick Ross, think again. “50 Cent had absolutely nothing to do with Black Market or the mixtape that preceded it”.
It could be that this particular lawsuit by 50 Cent is potentially just a shot taken in retaliation over the lawsuit he ended up losing over leaking the sex tape.
Attorneys for Rick Ross had no comment on the matter.
