Centre’s funding to Telangana: Eetela Rajender hits back at Amit Shah

At a Vikas Parv meeting showcasing the BJP-led NDA’s achievements of the past two years, he said that there was no internal democracy in family-based political parties – be it the Congress at the national-level or the TRS here.
Hailing PM Modi’s leadership, he said the “despondency” prevalent two years ago, a reference to the UPA government, has been replaced by “enthusiasm”.
“It is due to the Prime Minister’s diplomatic skills that countries like the US, Mexico and Switzerland are supporting India’s bid to enter the NSG”, Mr Shah said in a statement.
Amit Shah added that only BJP is thinking about the future of the country. However, he alleged that the Telangana Government was not given any funds to implemented.
Shah went on to say that Pakistan used to start and end the firing earlier, but it has changed now as it is the Indian Army that ends the firing. “You first give an account of that to the people of the country”, he said.
Rebutting criticism of Mr. Rahul Gandhi that development was not visible in the NDA rule, Mr. Shah said, “It will not be seen as long as “Rahul Baba” wears Italian spectacles”, drawing a thunderous cheer from the people gathered at the Indoor Stadium complex in the Assembly constituency headquarters town.
Claiming that Telangana was in the forefront in implementation of welfare schemes, he said Prime Minister Narendra Modi and central ministers have praised the state for this.
Nobody came to know when “mauni baba”, Singh visited foreign countries, he said.
