Chanel’s Spring 2016 Fashion Show Hit New Heights

As a freshly anointed Chanel muse, Kendall led the supermodel brigade down the high fashion terminals, sporting two looks from the luxury label’s latest collection. A set of silver cuffs (one on each wrist) completed her look.

Young Japanese fashionistas bumped in to each other to take selfies beneath a giant electronic passenger information table, as model Cara Delevingne, singer Vanessa Paradis and tennis star Maria Sharapova breezed by.

The stars always turn out in a big way for Chanel, and this season was no different.

She strutted her stuff in silver chunky shoes and carried a traditional style Chanel bag with a chain handle which matched her outfit.

The 24-year-old model looked gorgeous in pretty florals as she joined the likes of Kendall Jenner on the airport-themed runway, before posing for a selfie with her front row supporter – close pal Lily-Rose Depp.

Stella was delighted to see the teen in the audience, with the two blondes posing for a selfie after the show, with Stella gushing on her Insatgram page: ‘@lilyrose_depp bb came see me walk!!!

We’re not sure if we’d be able to pull off these looks at Heathrow while running to Terminal 2 but Kendall nailed it.

As for the show itself, this isn’t the first time Lagerfeld has tinkered with the idea of aviation-inspired displays, most recently utilizing the theme for Chanel’s 2012 couture show staged inside a jumbo jet.

Kendall’s mum Kris Jenner tweeted her excitement ahead of the show and shared a pic of her invite in a cream envelope resting in a bouquet of red roses.

Cara D was also in attendance.
