Charlie Sheen: Back on Crack, Neglecting HIV Meds, Ex-Girlfriend Claims
Brett Rossi, Charlie Sheen’s former fiancée, is suing him for assault, battery, false imprisonment and failure to disclose his HIV-positive status. Rossi, 26, claims that Sheen had agreed to resolve the matter by paying her $1 million as well as some earnings from Anger Management, but after his announcement about his health on the Today show, she says he backed out of the deal.
Sheen told NBC’s Today show on November 17 that he was diagnosed as HIV-positive about four years ago and that a few people who knew his status were demanding money from him to keep the secret. Ms. Ross looks forward to her day in court, and to taking Mr. Sheen’s deposition.
He was engaged to Rossi in February, 2014, but they split before their November, 2014 wedding.
According to the suit, Ross began a relationship with Sheen after agreeing to sleep with the “Two and a Half Men” star for $10,000. Rossi claims in the lawsuit that once he finally revealed his diagnosis to her after they had already had sex five times, they had a “heart to heart” and made a decision to stay together. The suit alleges that after the pair started seeing each other, Ross found HIV medication, forcing him to admit that he was indeed HIV positive. Rossi states she got pregnant in March, 2014 & Charlie flipped out, insisting he did notneeda kid given his HIV standing. He reportedly threw the plate of fries across the plane and then threw his iPad onto the ground and stomped on it. During an alleged crack relapse, Sheen claimed that he wanted to take a “hit” out on Ross’s ex-husband, according to The Hollywood Reporter. She said she went into an “emotional tailspin and attempted to commit suicide”.
Sheen’s attorney, Martin Singer, says they plan to fight the lawsuit and believe Sheen will come out victorious when it’s all over.
When caught by cameras, Brett revealed she is suing Charlie Sheen now because she is exhausted of being scared.
